Mountain Home, TX – Dancing Star Ranchita

We began our journey from Humble, TX to Mesa, Arizona on November 13th.  It would be a four day trip on Interstate 10.  Our first stop was at a Harvest Host/Boondockers Welcome location in Mountain Home, TX.

We stopped at Buc ee's, got gas and some delicious snacks, a cinnamon roll and Buc ee's White Cheddar Nuggets.

It was right off of Interstate 10, easy to get to as long as you used the property owners directions instead of GPS.  GPS was uncharacteristically way off.  Fortunately, we new that in advance and avoided a potential difficult situation of having to back up or turn around.

This location was a great place to spend the night and get right back on the freeway the next morning.
